One real pilot · Building toward the next ten

What clients say — and what we won't fake until they say it.

We've shipped one pilot. The quote below is real, attributable, and tied to a project you can read line-by-line in our case study. Everything else on this page is honest about what it is: space reserved for the next five to ten wins, and the standard we'll hold ourselves to when we publish them.

The pilot — premium media agency, 150 kits, 14 days

"The most-commented-on branded item in the room."

"The kits were the most-commented-on branded item in the room. Three attendees asked who made them. We saved over $7,400 versus the quote we almost accepted — and got a better product at a lower minimum. The whole process was the opposite of every promo vendor I'd worked with before: itemized proposal in 48 hours, digital proof I could comment on like a Google Doc, fourteen days from approval to delivery, zero defective units."

Why this page is short

One pilot is one pilot. We won't pretend it's ten.

A lot of promo-product sites paper their testimonial page with stock photos, first-name-only quotes, and made-up company logos. We're not doing that. Here's what you'll see on this page going forward, and what we'll never put on it.

What we'll publish

  • First name, role, and company size of the person who said it
  • The specific project the feedback came from — kit type, quantity, timeline
  • A link to the case study or order receipt where the numbers live
  • Permission on file, in writing, before anything goes up
  • Updates if a client's situation changes (we'll edit, not delete)

What we won't publish

  • Anonymous quotes that could have been written by anyone
  • Stock-photo headshots paired with invented names
  • Logos of companies we haven't actually shipped to
  • Vague praise — "great service!" — with no project attached
  • Quotes from people we didn't pay attention to delivering for

Reserved space

The next five wins go here.

These slots are intentionally empty. Each one will be filled by a real client whose name, project, and feedback we've earned the right to publish. If you're reading this and considering a first order — yes, that's the spot you'd land in.

The standard behind a Brand OS testimonial

What we have to do before we ever ask for one.

Itemized quote inside one business day

Every line — product, customization, shipping, service fee — visible before you approve. No hidden setup fees, no artificial minimums.

Digital proof in 24–48 hours

You see the actual mockup with your logo, your colors, your packaging — not a stock product photo with a logo slapped on top.

14 business days, proof to delivery

That's the standard turnaround for catalog items and our three productized kits. Custom 3D-printed work runs 14–21 days depending on volume.

Founder guarantee on every order

If the product doesn't match the proof you approved, we remake it or refund it. No subclause exceptions, no restocking fees.

Zero "where's my order?" emails

Proactive status updates at three milestones — proof approved, in production, shipped with tracking. If we go silent, something's wrong.

A 30-day check-in after delivery

We ask how the product landed, what we'd change, and whether we've earned a referral. That's the moment a testimonial becomes real.
